I have a hard time figuring out what to write about.  I see that my blog is getting more hits lately though and I want to stay some what entertaining to any lurkers.  So….what do you want me to write about?  Do you have a question that you want me to answer?  Leave your ideas in the comments and I’ll work on some post!

Okay…so I was going to do this a few weeks ago but things have been a little crazy.  K-Man and Princess J were sick so I have been working and taking care of them and trying to stay well rested so I don’t get sick to.

Part one of my new look:  Weight Watchers.  I joined in October 2008 after I had a little health scare and have been on plan ever since.  To date I’ve lost 12.2 pounds….it is going slow but it is coming off and staying off.  I love that I can still cook the same things and K-Man and Princess J aren’t eating “diet” food.  This is a change of life for me….not a diet.  One of my fellow WW buddies and I have challenged each other and it is helping to motivate me big time!  I would like to lose 12 more pounds by the end of April…I’ll keep you updated!

Part two of my new look:  The Elliptical aka Torture Device.  I really do love this machine.  K-Man and I purchased it a month ago and have used it but not as religiously as we should.  So I’ve set some goals for myself for the next week and hope to meet them! 

Part three of my new look:  Much needed new hair!!  What do you think?  This was last week…I was dressed up for umm…a secret.  I’m not 100% sure who reads this blog so I can’t really say much more then that.

I’ll make sure I keep updated on the weight loss progress and post updated pictures.  Ultimately the change is for me…because I needed to be healthy and look better but in the process K-Man and Princess are becoming healthier too!  I love that K-Man and I work out together at night once we put lil one to bed and that we are able to keep up with her better.  I can’t wait until the weather warms up and PJ and I are able to start walking again!  I encourage all of you to take steps to be healthier too!!

Happy 20 month birthday baby girl!!!

Oh my sweet little girl!!  Where has the time gone?!!  I swear just the other day you were a helpless infant.  Now…you are a big girl!  You don’t sit in your high chair anymore but instead in a booster seat at the table.  You eat with a spoon and fork and say please and thank you.  We have conversations and I can actually understand what you are saying!!

Princess J…you are so very smart.  You amaze me everyday.  Just the other day you sang your ABC’s to me and then counted to 10!!  You may have skipped a few letters and numbers but to me it was perfect.  Every morning when we drive to town you point at the horses and cows…..I don’t even have to tell you they are coming now.

I love to watch you learn and discover new things every day.  Your daddy and I are so very proud of you sis!  We are learning though with this new independence comes new fears for us.  You fell the other day and scared us so bad!  Daddy was afraid you broke something…even though you didn’t even cry.

When you grab my face and give me kisses I melt inside.  I love how you know when you are going to get scolded for something so you turn on the charm big time!  You are so ornery sometimes…and we love that about you!  Full of life and spirit.  You are strong willed and stubborn.  You are Daddy’s little girl to the core.

Thank you Princess J for teaching so much about love, patience and parenting in the last year and 8 months.  We are truly blessed to have you in our lives!
